Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ProductGlow service (operated by EgeTech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

2. Description of Service

ProductGlow is an AI-powered asset generation tool that allows users to upload product photos and generate enhanced images and videos. We leverage third-party AI models (including but not limited to FLUX.1 models) to provide this service.

3. User Content & AI Generation

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the original images you upload.
• License to Us: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your images for the purpose of generating your requested assets.
• Output Ownership: Subject to full payment, EgeTech assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the generated assets.
• Disclaimer: AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that the output will be error-free or completely physically accurate.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EgeTech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
